Our exhibits at the Munich trade fair
At BAU 2025 in Munich, we will be presenting innovative solutions for smart and networked buildings under the motto "Achieving big things together". At our stand in Hall B1, you can experience our myGEZE Control building automation platform, which intelligently integrates doors and windows into the building management system. You can also look forward to innovations in the area of fire protection and access for all, such as the new GC Lock Control SHEV motor lock auxiliary control unit for smoke and heat extraction systems for air inlet doors. We will also be providing insights into new products and our comprehensive range of services that support tradespeople, facilities managers, architects and operators - from training and planning services to support during modernisation projects.
Door control
Our TS 5000 overhead door closers with guide rail have been specially developed for installation situations with changing pressure conditions. On the one hand, the door closers impress with their particularly convenient and fast closing speed adjustment. On the other hand, they close doors safely and quietly, even under adverse conditions such as wind and suction.

TS 5000 SoftClose
The GEZE TS 5000 SoftClose door closer impresses with its high degree of flexibility. Depending on requirements, a latching action can be set or the door leaf can be slowed down to the last degree of opening. Thanks to this optimised closing process, the door is still pulled securely into the lock with constant force. This means that even in difficult environmental conditions such as wind and suction, doors close safely and gently at the same time, for example in bringing persons through an interlocking door system in underground car park entrances or in staircases.
Advantages of the TS 5000 SoftClose:
- Reliable, gentle door closer even under adverse conditions (e.g. underground car park airlocks)
- Variably adjustable closing speed in the latching action range
- Suitable for different system variants
- Flexible use possible (e.g. blade or transom installation, hinge or opposite hinge side, etc.)
- Easy to replace with all variants in the TS 5000 series
- Access for all in accordance with DIN 18040 up to 1,100 mm sash width
